At Snorely, our goal is to provide you with the best possible sleep experience. However, if your pillow insert doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a return option to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that finding the perfect insert may take time, so we encourage you to continue adjusting and using the product, even if it doesn’t deliver immediate results. Properly aligning your pillow with your sleep position and preferences can significantly enhance comfort and support.
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as the terms are accepted at the time of purchase.
Return Request:
Returns sent without prior notice and approval will not be accepted and will result in the forfeiture of your refund right.
Return Window:
You may return the product within 60 days of receiving it. After 60 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Product Condition:
The product must be in the same condition in which it was received – unused (except for trial-use items) and in the original packaging. Products where hygiene is critical must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
Exclusions:
Returns will not be accepted if the product is deemed unacceptable in condition.
How to Start a Return:

We only accept returns to our warehouse in The Netherlands. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted and are ineligible for refund.
Returns made without prior request will be considered void.
Return at Your Own Risk:
Products are returned at the customer’s risk. The company is not responsible for lost return shipments or those held by customs.
Tracking Required:
The returned product must include a tracking number, which must be emailed to us. This allows us to confirm when your package arrives at our warehouse, after which we will promptly process your refund.
Without a tracking number, we cannot confirm receipt, which voids your right to a refund.
Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Non-Refundable Processing Fee:
Please note that a £10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover handling, processing, and fulfillment costs and is non-refundable.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

Defective Product:
